A Pitch to Engineering & Rejection is Vital

A pitch to Engineering

\n

Around 2013, during the phase of my Bachelors I badly wanted to work as a Software Engineer in any one the biggies as any commoner would dream of (Apple ,that's very close to my heart). I was inspired by people rather than the companies stature, am a mad mad mad fanatic of Steve Jobs and his ethics towards work. He is indeed a much greater source of motivation for me to dream BIG!

Rejection is vital

Once graduated in 2017, taking the first baby step, I was clear about one aspect. Life should traverse just more than engineering. I didn't work for some xyz company for years and make it to the comfort-zone. I had immense passion to know the traces of building products from scratch and growing with it.

I was interviewed in one of my dream companies at that period, and it wasn't called off well. Solely because the people in the management were rushing towards a holiday the next day and didn't even have the mindset to conduct the interview thoughtfully. That devastated me (Not to judge, but still work is passion and that hurt me badly at that point in my life) and that's when I picked the courage to manifest, I should never ever do this to another fellow being with an aspiring dream at any cost. Another company , again rejected. Another again, rejected, yet others for varied reasons.
